“Red Curry Beef” is originally a Thai dish. I found this from the recipe book hubby bought me awhile ago. In this excellent dish, the spicy red curry paste with creamy coconut milk and the refreshing aroma of lime leaves are combined. I prepared this recipe for the first time on my last birthday party.
